Would be interesting to read a report of the global
fuel refining/shipping/buying/selling situation. I
forgot about planes...but I think flying is
down...maybe same situation as LCDR explained - down
and rebounding, but refineries need to reconfigure
back to pre-downturn diesel arrangement.
