I agree that the interview should certainly have been recorded. Be proactive and contact DFCS sooner than later. You may want to talk to a lawyer. According to this http://law.findlaw.com/state-laws/child-abuse/georgia/ if they find that your ex was guilty you won't be held accountable for neglect to report it but they might find something else to stick on you.
