I and others I have recommended this to have had good results with stubborn
lock cylinders:

spray the key and the keyhole with 100% silicone spray.  Work the key into
the cylinder and rotate it back and forth until the cylinder moves freely.
YMMV.

Kroil?
ATF and Acetone?

(4-5 drops inside the cylinder)
