Not really.  With a solid-state driver too much is
usually something you want to avoid, since it could
damage the driver.

I'd guess that a good starting value would be the
capacitance of an automotive condenser.  (But that
such itself wouldn't be up to the task, being designed
to suppress arcs in a low-voltage circuit.)  Maybe .1uF?

You might do some surfing on the subject.

On the Outlook Express, I have the latest version and I couldn't find a preview pane. Earlier versions had one just below the main pane which could be turned off and on via Tools/Options/Other IIRC, and slid up and down.
