By loosening the injection line at the DV and turning the locknuts/delivery valve. Somebody on these lists mentioned seeing the owner of a used car lot tweaking the DVs and making the engine idle very smoothly. I just did some reading on the net and now I'm thinking that you may change more than just idle fuel balance by doing that, and fuel balance should be regulated at the lever arms inside the pump, on a service bench.
