The attached pictures show the Sir Tools tools I received. Their part number M0019 is the splined delivery valve socket. The M0046 is a double-ended tool that threads into a prechamber to be able to pull it out after the locking ring has been removed with a M0007. The first picture shows how far a 1/2" socket extension fits into the socket drive hole on the M0019. The second and third pictures show the splines on the M0019.
