Harry, Go here http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ Read the instructions. Download Offline NT Password & Registry Editor. Burn a cd from the ISO. I've used it on a number of Vista systems that the owners have forgotten their passwords. Russ W.
