My feeling is that if you have a convertible and you live in the
Pacific Northwest you are obligated to put the top down whenever it's
not raining, no matter how cold it is.  That's what scarves and tweed
driving caps are for.  ;)

M-B has the right idea by providing neck warmers in the seats in their
newest convertibles.
