My feeling is that if you have a convertible and you live in the
Pacific Northwest you are obligated to put the top down whenever it's
not raining, no matter how cold it is.  That's what scarves and tweed
driving caps are for.  ;)

The Inland Empire (one of many, it appears) isn't really what one
would consider the Pacific Northwet, no matter what it says on the
map on USA Today.  The East side of the Cascade mountains is a
desert.  The far east strips of WA/OR start to wet up a bit again.
This year, and last, have been abby-normal climate-wise.
