Ok, first off, NO, you dont have to take their offer. They have to
provide you with rental car till you reach a settlement. They would
also have to pay storage. Next, talk to a laywer. There are lawyers
who do nothing but this sort of thing. Finally, how much did they offer
to sell it back to you for? When you get that figure and you want to
unload it let me know.
