DC has been the murder capital of the USA for decades, crime runs unchecked, the "diversity" you applaud apparently simply means more "types of crime" from the police reports. Let's you and I go for a nice quiet walk late at night any day you choose, anywhere we choose in DC, with $100 bills hanging our of our pockets and Rolex watches in plain view.. when we get back safe, I'll join you in calling it "safe"...
