I am using the Android stock email program. On the iPhone I just highlight the text I want to reply to, hit "reply" and it includes the sender info and the highlighted text. Cut and paste to the top o'the email, and it's all good. 'Can't seem to do that with the 'roid. The included gmail program seems worse.
