This part seems innovative, and may overcome a significant shortfall of
current battery technology:  "...recharging them [flow cell batteries] does
not take hours and hours. All that is required to recharge them is to
exchange spent electrolytes (which can be recharged outside the vehicle)
for new, charged fluid."

Sounds like when the electrical charge gets low, the driver goes to a
"fueling" station and drains off the spent fluid(s) and then refills with
charged fluid(s).

One part that worries me is mention of a "super capacitor" which is
loss-less.  THAT would be huge, but I'm not holding my breath....

However, lots of promises and little substance.
