A favorite ATF stunt was to watch you buy a gun, and then walk up to you and offer you more than you paid for it so they could arrest you for 'dealing in firearms for profit without a license'. I hope they've cut that out by now, but there's plenty of other BS that I know they still engage in so who knows?
