I confess not to have caught all of this thread, but something is fishy here. Last time I ordered a lock cylinder for my 123, the dealer said it would come from Maryland. (This was in West Virginia and that was the nearest dist center.) He was a nice guy and always flagged my orders as "expedite" and I had it less than a week, maybe a couple days. This was in 2001 or '02 and I think the cost was $77 (can't find the receipt right now). It came with a key.
