My 1975 CVCC Civic Hatchback has the two speed clutchless manual Hondamatic in it. IIRC it would do about 50 in first. Great way to make an ultraeconcomy car into something that never got over 35mph as long as I drove it. (never much under 35mpg either, highway and city were about the same) I can't remember if the GM powerglide was auto or semi-auto, but I think it was semi like my Honda.
