My cousin is a vegan and runs several marathons a year, hikes and bikes, does that cross-fit business, and could probably kick any of our asses in half a minute without even breaking a sweat. Not only that, she is very cute and smart! I don't think she has any particular ideological issue, just decided it was a more healthful way for her own lifestyle. YMMV.

I agree, but do have one example of an exception - our flight instructor

has forever. He's been fighting leukemia for the last 8 years without chemo
or radiation. He's 76 now, and is just starting to talk about slowing down
a little, though I haven't seen him starting to yet.
His first job out of college was as a pilot for the State Ag university. He
flew profs and school officials around to various food industry sites
around the4 country and decided "that God did not intend for animals to
live like that." He stopped eating all meat and animal products then and
hasn't since.

I am nothing but a plus size model, but it always amazes me how aged the
vegans and "healthy" eaters look. Bad hair, bad skin, scrawny, looking as
if they had just been liberated by allied forces in the spring of 1945.
They are gobbling up supplements and biotics to attempt to keep at bay the
same destruction to their bodies their own habits have caused.

Eat a Cheese burger, won't cha?
