Mitch has it right. I have always thought that those who complain about us "depending" on foreign oil have it backwards. I say get 100 percent of our oil from abroad. When they run out, we will be the only ones with oil. By the time we deplete our supply we will have developed an alternate source of energy. Just my 2 cents.
