Hemp, which is technically cannabis but which you would have to smoke six bales of to get happy, yields a good deal of oil from its seed, and it probably does make good biodiesel. The fiber of the plant is great for manufacture of fabric and rope.
The stuff used to be one of America's primary crops up until the end of WWII. Sounds like a plan to me! We need weed-powered diesels! Lee
