First, do no harm, not expend yourself until you are impoverished.  Insco does 
not pay enough to cover overhead for most medics.  All the regulations end up 
forcing two employees per medic just to move papers and interface with insco to 
garner a reduced reimbursement.  The insco employs legions of clerks to run 
interference with the paper pushers, denying coverage and grinding down 
payment.  SiL is one of the denial clerks.  Just like cops, they have quotas.  
If you allow too many events, you get in trouble.
