Here are several 240Ds at Autotrader: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/Mercedes-Benz/240D
My '83 240D is exactly the same as the one first discussed on this string except for having 200K miles and a few very minor dings inside and out. It's always been garaged or parked under a carport and has no sun damage. Windows, A/C, heat, etc. are all manual. No sunroof. I bought it from a German prof who bought it new in Germany. I'm going to sell it as soon as I figure out what these cars in very good condition are actually selling for. I would guess around $5000. I was offered $5000 at a local car meet several years ago.
