I've ask that question myself.. and never gotten an answer... Apparently it found a drip path that didn't impinge directly onto the Prada shoes...
The only viable answer I could come up with was that there was a divorce which followed, so I suppose "total lack of feeling from the waist down" might suffice? ;)) Certainly "she" never looked at the oil pressure gage to see the loss of pressure indicated..
