The premise is good, but it needed to be realistic.

Mission impossible (original tv) had some similar premises, but was a good show, not hokey like mcdumber.

The first season is pretty good but as it went on they were clearly grasping for ideas. The longer Richard Dean Anderson's mullet gets the farther you are into the series and the lamer it is.Remember that the '80s was a baaaad time for TV. That said I still like it.
