How hard is it to replace the door seals on an '85 190D?

It ought to be a straightforward job.  IIRC, a putty knife and
some weatherstrip glue are both required to do it.  Are you
_sure_ your seals are shot?  If they're not all torn up it could
be that the door is misadjusted, or the window frame area has
gotten a bit bent and no longer presses the seal against the
door frame properly.  It's pretty sad to replace a seal only
to find that it didn't fix the problem.

So, how do the seals _look_?
