If people don't get home from work at 5-6pm, plug in the car, then go inside and fire up the A/C. We could use some more EVs than we have right now, IF we could get people to plug the cars in when they turn everything else off and go to bed. Or better yet, put the car on a timer to come on at some random time between midnight and 2am.
