What is he selling for $5k? the cheep? the OM and transmission? or a
DIY kit with both cheep and engine/transmission?

There is a brisk business in installing OM 616/617/603/602 engines
into Cheeps. The guy doing rebuilds must have an in or is picking up
rusted out things with good engines. Sells them for around $5k before
install.
