I shall never forgive FCP Euro for shipping me a defective rebuilt Bosch starter and not reimbursing me the labor for installing it. Instead, they refused to be accountable and pawned me off on Bosch, which gave me a total run-around. Some years ago when Rusty sent me a defective AC compressor, he reimbursed me for the labor R/R - no questions asked.
