I've had mixed experiences... many times I order from FCP and they don't
ship for another day or so. I also have orders they ship from other
warehouses other than their own, which probably adds to the delay. Other
times I get stuff over night (as ground shipping CT -> NJ is 1 day), even
delivered on Saturday which is standard for Fedex and UPS Ground.

I have placed a few ordered from AutohausAZ recently, mainly because they
had things that FCP did not. I was surprised by getting my most recent
order (air mass meter for my W140) overnight, shipped from an NJ
warehouse. I just ordered rings and bearings for a 4.5 engine from AZ this
morning... it'll be interesting to see where something a bit more obscure
ships from.

I did have a positive customer service experience from FCP recently... I
ordered a bunch of 236.6 and 236.10 ATF, but they sent me all 236.10. I
didn't realize this until I went to use the 236.6, so ended up using 236.10
instead. I emailed them and they sent me the 236.6 I was missing free of
charge, realizing I couldn't easily return fluid I already used. I was
impressed. It was about $100 of product they ate the cost of.
