I tried Flex Seal to fix the rust-through pin holes in my chimney cap.  It
held up for about a year maybe a little more.

There are some commercial products that are longer lasting for such roof
repairs, basically you need something that you put down a coat with a
roller, than while it is still sticky and tacky you lay on a layer of
fabric, and then paint more coats on top.  Search for roof sealer / roof
repair.

All of the above are temporary.  You really need a new roof.
