Same. My dad used to seal the driveway every few years. Though over the years I've become convinced that asphalt sealing is a giant scam. In neigborhoods around here, the longest-lasting asphalt driveways seem to be the ones that have never been sealed. They are sun-bleached and are look old, but are not cracked or disintegrating.
