ACtually, it's inside the heater box up against the firewall. You must remove console, radio, ACC pushbutton unit, lower dash panels, dash top, (AC vents first), steering wheel, cluster, and ignition switch holder and support bar. Quite a job, I DEFINITELY recommend the manual for this on, as you will break lots of stuff without it.

There are a couple more hints -- separate the floor vent flaps from the actuator rods (a plastic pin) BEFORE you take the sides of the case off, else you break the link and have to repair or fork out a bundle for the entire actuator system, the link isn't available separately.

Change all the vaccum acutators at the same time, as there is one that can only be gotten to by normal people with the box apart. They are likely going anyway.

Book time is 16 hrs.
