If you ever have the system open for service, you should replace ALL the o-rings. This is mandatory if you switch to 134a, as the older ones usually go pretty fast.

Another "steath" leak is the o-rings that seal the piping manifold to the compressor -- the high side ones erode and start to leak, usually looks like a leaking compressor body. Ditto for the hose to compressor manifold 0-rings.
