After waiting for the Kroil to take effect, I rapped the end of the
bleeder screw lightly with my small hammer and tried the vise-grips again.
After a couple of tries, it broke loose.

So now I can take both of the rear bleeder screws to a parts store and
see if I can get a good bleeder screw.
