And that is because Amsoil is so good? This is exactly what Ernest was probably referring to. It is the quality of you bypass filter, not the oil itself lets you say you have gone 180k miles since the last oil change. But I'll bet you replace the filter, and "top off" with fresh oil - so it is not truely the same oil. If I'm wrong, please let me know! -- Philip
