heck, at least there's a *place* for the license plate on the W123!
 i had a Volvo not long ago that had no provisions whatsoever for a
license plate; the mount required drilling directly into the front
bumper cladding,... what the heck were they thinking?

        bent up on parking blocks? must be same dang big invisible blocks to
reach high enough for that and still not be visible enough for a driver
to avoid them,...!

        "magnificent front grill treatment"?! the grills i've seen on the
Chryslers remind more more of the Sewer Grate; nothing magnificent about
that!   ;-)
