Good VW beetles are getting scarce. VW produced millions of them, we used them & threw them away. Then we chopped up thousands & made them into dune buggys. I've been looking for one around here and the bottom end price for a complete, un-restored, rust free beetle from the mid-60s through the 70s is about $3,500.00. A nice restored example can bring $4,500.00++. Nice restored convertibles are going for $12,000.00++.
