That reminds me...in second year German a dude we called "stormin' Norman", when asked to describe a hoildaya German youngster might take, handed this in on his paper:
Ich gehe auf eine Wassermelone Skiingreise zum Schwarzen Meer.

Don't ask me how I remember that he suggested someone should go on a water melon skiing trip to the Black Sea. I can remember that but I can't remember a four item shopping list.

I think they make fun of imported tomatoes in Germany by calling them Wassertomaten - watertomatoes...particularly from huge indoor dutch farms...hollandische Wassertomaten. Sounds like what you are eating.

Having lived in AZ so long now, any type of a honest-to-God garden tomato
would do.
Tomatos grown here taste kinds like a moisture infused styrofoam ball kids
use for fashioning solar system models.

Then we are talking late July or early August. I will put in an extra
plant
just for you. Do you prefer Big Boys or something else? My weakness is
green
peppers and chili peppers -- I grew up in an Italian neighborhood (coal
miners) in WV.

I'd sit in the garden with a salt shaker and eat tomatos all day.
Like I used to in my grandfathers garden...
