Well look at it this way, you just change the filter and add oil. Think of the time you will save if you never need to recycle the used oil.
That reminds me, I just resealed my 117 motor in the 560SEL, but forgot to replace valve guide seals. I guess I will need to do that next year. The 117s need them around 150-180k miles.
