I talked to the service guy (I called him) and he was apologetic, did not know why it wasn't cleaned (or the whole car was not washed) offered an oil change. I can do that myself quicker than I go there, wait, come home, deal with them, and I know it is actually done and correctly. I suggested the service manager call me, which he did awhile ago, told me how good his tech was and that he did a good job, did not know why he did not finish it. At this point I guess there is not a whole lot more to be said, but it still just really p's me off. I need to get over it.
