I think my all time driving one is when people are bombing along at the speed limit on either the freeway or on a street and they slow way down simply because John Law is visible somewhere. It's dumb on a street and dangerous on the freeway.

I love it when I don't make eye contact at a four-way, and the other driver, so convinced that eye contact is the law, all but refuses to go, even though they were clearly there first.
