Well it seems that firefox is probably also affected. I have been attempting to do a resintall over the current install to see if it straightens out. As of this mornign, it still would not install. Probably going to either go with a new drive or a new computer. Office depot has some E machine in their ad, computer only, for like $249 after 50 rebate. That seems pretty cheap. I remember it said it has a AMD serphron or whatever processor that is, single core, 1gig memory, cant remember hard drive. Wonder how good that would be? Waht I would do if I were to get a new machine I would start by completely wiping the drive to get rid of vista, and just install xp on it and whatever else I wanted instead of their preloaded crap
