-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
as I'm not quite content with how Trac manages our tickets and Assembla support for Trac is rather limited, I would like to discuss if we should re-import our trac tickets into Assembla's ticket tool and use it. Currently, all ticket reports are broken in Trac, probably due to some problem with ticket #132, and I don't know when Assembla staff will be able to fix this issue. Moreover, afaik you can't make trac guarantee that someone who edits a ticket leaves an email address, which is quite unfortunate if you have questions about a bug report...Assembla have added custom permissions to their ticket tool, so now it is possible to allow non-project-members to edit tickets, which was the reason for moving to trac :). A disadvantage would of course be, that tickets and wiki would not be as integrated as now, as long as we use the Trac wiki. Personally, I'd prefer moving to bitbucket completely, but converting the wiki would probably be too much of a hassle.
