Before you invest money in your cooling system, I'd suggest going into the
BIOS setup to see if you can get more aggressive timing on your memory
while staying stable. Prime95 moves a lot of memory, and can be bound by
saturation of the memory bus rather than by CPU power. The fact that
Prime95 causes such a temperature rise definitely raises a red flag about
the cooling, but this is one more free thing you can try. Also, if you
are running without the case cover, put it back on and see if that helps.
A well designed case is part of the cooling system, as the walls constrain
the airstream and channel it properly.
