I'm planning on tar'ing up a 3.1 beta 2 release soon. If anyone has
something they want included, you better commit it soon. Otherwise,
there will probably be a beta 3 release in the not too distant
future.
This beta release will only work on Unix, BeOS R4 and VMS (Jouk?).
The Windows and other OS project/makefiles haven't been updated, yet.
