Okay, so, we'll need to make sure the distribution has the .obj file for all
NASM built code so that Win32 users who "only" have MSVC don't have to look
for, d/l, and install NASM just to rebuild Mesa.

If said user wants to hack the asm then it's their responsibility to get nasm
going.

Eero, you mentioned that you're also using gcc's cpp on top of NASM, so for
complete hacking of the asm source another would have to get/build that also,
no?
