START/END_FAST_MATH wasn't working on linux libc5.  I just committed a
small change to fix it.  Hopefully, I haven't broken it again for
glibc.

Since the glide vertex snapping depends on START/END_FAST_MATH, we
need a Win32 version of these macros too.  Win32 Voodoo 1 users will
probably experience lockups with the current code.
