Actually with all this talk of new extensions we need it now more than
ever.. we couldn't develop EXT_tfp or EXT_include_inferiors in only one
tree... we need to co-develop the client and server sides.. hence the
GLX protocol for client and server sides need to be defined in the
glproto module...
Ah well, it seemed like too easy of an escape...
