I've been trying to create some OpenGL apps using XCB lately and it
tends to kill my X server.  I believe it's because I haven't implemented
glXChooseVisual.

How hard is this to implement and what's the algorithm?  The man page
isn't much help and I'm a bit confused by what's in glxcmds.c.  Can
anyone shed light on this?
