Just shooting in the dark: replace the following line
{"GL_ARB_fragment_shader", GL_ARB_vertex_shader_functions},
to:
{"GL_ARB_fragment_shader", NULL},
Try to compile against pure software mesa - linux-x86 works
fine for me.
