A couple of small mangling issues, I think I may have one or two more
later, but I just wanted to get these in *hopefully* before a 6.5.2.
1) I have noticed that the TraceMesa Methods in gl.h are commented as
now being obsolete, and do not appear to have an implementation. They do
however get Mangled. Can they and their mangled counterparts be removed,
and gl_mangle.h be re-generated.
2) When auto regenerating gl_mangle.h the following defines show up,
however the included version of gl_mangle.h does not have them.
